A back injury while playing squash a few years changed my life. I tried everything - physio, sports medicine, acupuncture, personal training, but nothing worked. After a year of frustration, I almost gave up the hope of playing squash ever again. To keep myself active, I decided to do some light-weight training at a gym near my work in Toronto, and that's where I met Johnny quite by a chance. I wasn't looking for a personal trainer as I had already tried that before. But after talking to him I booked a session with him, fully convinced that nothing's going to change, I just have to accept my fate and learn to live with the pain. Soon after the first session, I signed up to train with him twice a week. After about three months I was playing squash, and three months after that I was back in the house league of my club. Johnny not only made it possible for me to get back into the squash courts, he also convinced me mentally that I could get better. I am in my late 40's and I have never felt this good in my life. Other than being an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated trainer, it is also really fun to train with him. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about their well-being.
